Paragraphs No. 12-188 are identical in terminology for all Cardinals, Archbishops, Bishops and Dioceses included in the lawsuit.

I’ve left them in here, but I am inclined to omit Paragraphs 208-227 from the blog. Father Ryan is dead; he probably did it, but that’s not particularly pertinent as to whether or not 178 Bishops or so have liability. I wonder why Anderson included them in the document?
